Job Title: Internal Sales Specialist

AMS People Limited is seeking a highly skilled and organized Internal Sales Specialist to join our team. As an Internal Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating sales and account management activities, ensuring consistently high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond quickly and effectively to customer enquiries and requests for information by email and other channels.
  • Administer the sales order process from quote/proposal to delivery and invoicing.
  • Manage key accounts to ensure continued business and optimize revenue.
  • Liaise with external sales colleagues for a seamless customer experience.
  • Work closely with colleagues in all departments to ensure customers are kept informed at all stages and receive the information required.
  • Obtain customer feedback for use in improving products, services, and customer experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date product, pricing, and delivery information.
  • Effectively manage the CRM system and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop product and customer knowledge to work with more complex customer requirements.
Requirements:
  • Ideal candidate with experience in an internal sales or customer service/account management role.
  • Technical background not required, but willingness to engage with and gain an understanding of technical products to understand customer requirements and communicate with clarity.
