Store Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Charles Tyrwhitt. As a key member of our store leadership structure, you will play a vital role in coaching and motivating our sales team to exceed targets, maximize key performance indicators, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Coach and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Influence and nurture a professional and enjoyable store environment
- Encourage a winning mentality in service and selling
- Champion colleague engagement and lead by example
- Train the sales team and encourage the use of staff training tools
- Assist with managing operational, compliance, and administrative tasks
- Previous experience in a retail position, ideally with some exposure to store management
- Passion for customer service and proven ability to keep it at the forefront of your mind
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Proactive approach to work and willingness to take initiative
