Senior Protection Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive experienced regulatory practitioner to join our team as a Senior Protection Manager. As a key member of our Protection teams, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of our specialist teams and accountable for developing, planning and delivery of a range of Protection activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Protection strategies to ensure compliance with fire safety laws and regulations.
- Lead on the development of partnership initiatives with local, regional and national stakeholders.
- Act as a subject matter specialist and provide expert advice on fire safety matters.
- Manage and oversee the work of our specialist teams, including Risk Reduction, Investigations and Enforcement, Technical and Consultations, and Higher Risk teams.
- Develop and deliver projects to support our commitments and the ambitions of the next Fire Plan.
