UK Financial Accounting & Reporting Manager role at Gates Corporation is now available.
This position is open to candidates with a strong background in accounting and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the integrity of financial and management accounting, as well as reporting for UK entities, to meet local, regional, and global statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the UK Operations Finance team to ensure compliance with UK GAAP, US GAAP, and internal policies, staying up-to-date with changes in relevant accounting standards.
- Support the UK Tax manager with Corporation tax filings and provide necessary accounting analysis or reporting.
- Extensive accounting proficiency covering statutory and consolidated reporting, with an understanding of US GAAP being beneficial.
- Experience of SAP and Oracle HFM would be advantageous.
- Accountant accredited with ACA/ACCA.
This is a full-time position working from our Cramlington facility, with opportunities to shape the UK and regional finance agenda as an active member of the EMEA finance team.
As a key member of the finance team, you will provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the accounting team, ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes and reporting.
