About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Ex-Forces Programme as a Career Transition Specialist. As a Career Transition Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting ex-forces personnel in their transition to a new career in business and technology consultancy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to ex-forces personnel to help them develop the skills and experience needed to succeed in a business and technology consultancy environment.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality services that meet their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders to ensure the success of our Ex-Forces Programme.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of our Ex-Forces Programme, including the design and delivery of training and development programmes.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
Requirements
  • Previous career in the military, blue light services or as a serving reservist.
  • Strong teamwork, communication and organisational skills.
  • A keen interest in business and technology.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Commitment to at least two years of full-time employment with FDM Group.
  • The right to work in the UK.
