We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Manager to join our team at Pro-Tax Recruitment. As a key member of our corporate tax advisory team, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on tax implications of various transactions.
About the Role:
- Technical Tax Advice: Provide expert advice on mergers & acquisitions, exits, refinancing, equity raising, debt raising, and business reorganisation.
- Due Diligence: Support tax due diligence assignments, ensuring seamless integration of tax considerations into client transactions.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong client and intermediary relationships, fostering trust and confidence in our services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across various tax and finance disciplines to deliver exceptional results.
- Legislation Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with tax legislation changes and communicate their impacts to clients, ensuring they remain compliant and competitive.
- Team Development: Train and coach junior colleagues, sharing your expertise and knowledge to drive team success.
About You:
- Experience: Assistant Manager grade or above in corporate tax, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality tax advice and due diligence services.
- Skills: Strong technical tax knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
