Job Title: Technical Services Manager - Contract Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Services Manager to join our team at ABM UK. As a Technical Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the full delivery of customer contracts within contractual guidelines and managing the on-site technical service team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Ensure the effective delivery of customer contracts, adhering to contractual guidelines and managing the on-site technical service team.
  • Team Management: Manage and lead the on-site technical service team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality services.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards, adhering to quality systems and procedures.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all ABM and client Health and Safety Policies and procedures are adhered to, referring conflicts to the Account Manager where necessary.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to the team, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality services.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze and report on contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and development, working closely with the Account Manager to develop new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality services and managing teams.
  • Technical Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of Building Management Systems and a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical disciplines.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • 18th Edition IEE: 18th Edition IEE qualification.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate: NEBOSH General Certificate.
  • City & Guilds Refrigerant, Safe Handling: City & Guilds Refrigerant, Safe Handling qualification.
  • Autocad Experience: Autocad experience.
  • ACS/Gas Safe Qualifications: ACS/Gas Safe qualifications.
