About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Tutor to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a SEN Tutor, you will work closely with students who require additional support to access mainstream education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-to-one tuition to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic and personal growth
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless support for students
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and carers

Requirements:

  • QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Experience working with students with SEN in a classroom setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative learning strategies
  • Enhanced DBS clearance and right to work in the UK
