About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate SEN Tutor to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a SEN Tutor, you will work closely with students who require additional support to achieve their educational goals.

The successful candidate will have experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and will be able to create and deliver tailored learning plans to meet the individual needs of each student. You will also be responsible for providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the social, emotional, and academic development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement individualised learning plans to meet the needs of students with SEN
* Provide one-to-one tuition to students in a supportive and inclusive learning environment
* Work closely with parents and carers to ensure that students receive the support they need to achieve their goals
* Monitor and record student progress, making adjustments to learning plans as necessary

Requirements:

* QTS or equivalent qualification
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Ability to create and deliver tailored learning plans
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Enhanced DBS certificate and right to work in the UK
