Job Summary:

As the Registered Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team to ensure the highest quality of care and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will be at the forefront of operational excellence, driving innovation and improvement in our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assume the role of a CQC Registered Manager, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
  2. Lead and develop a large team involved in the direct provision of care and support services, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with service users, local authorities, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  4. Oversee recruitment, conduct supervisions, and appraisals, ensuring the team is equipped to deliver high-quality services.
  5. Implement and maintain effective quality assurance systems, promoting best practices and continuous improvement of services.
  6. Participate in the strategic development of the organization, identifying and developing strategies for planning and delivering quality, innovative services.
Requirements:
  1. Proven leadership skills with a minimum of 2 years of experience in health and social care.
  2. In-depth knowledge of legislation affecting health and social care, including CQC regulations.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with experience in using these tools to drive business outcomes.
  4. Full driving license with the use of your own vehicle, with a willingness to travel for business purposes.
