What does the Regional Hire Solutions Manager involve?
- Covering multiple locations, you'll drive the strategy at a regional level, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and customer loyalty
- Running the HSS dedicated area within our partnering Builder's Merchant, supporting customers with their hire needs and upselling/cross-selling where possible
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Supporting key sales initiatives and strategy to hit branch KPIs and ensure innovative and forward-thinking approaches
