We are excited to be looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to help achieve our mission of not only providing the best physical veterinary care in Europe, but also being the most advanced digital veterinary group. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 5-8 talented engineers, including a Quality Engineer driving their development in order to enhance our customer experience and improve core systems.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment where continuous improvement is a constant pursuit.
  • Develop and implement Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred) to drive team efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred).
  • Strong technical skills in.NET, React, and Azure serverless environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build trust and motivate team members.
