Activity Camp Supervisor

Role Overview:
As a Group Leader at our Activity Day Camp, you will play a pivotal role in creating a fun and engaging environment for children during the school holidays. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee a group of children, facilitating various activities and ensuring their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise a group of children in a variety of activities, including:
- Archery
- Football
- Tennis
- Dance
- Swimming
- Arts & Crafts
* Initiate games and activities that promote teamwork and creativity.
* Ensure the welfare and safety of all children in your care.
* Collaborate with other staff members to deliver a high-quality camp experience.
Candidate Profile:
* Must be 17 years of age or older.
* Availability during school holidays is essential.
* UK/EU citizenship with valid right to work documentation is required.
* Energetic and enthusiastic personality with a passion for working with children.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Understanding of child safeguarding principles (training will be provided).
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a camp or childcare setting.
* Relevant qualifications in childcare (Level 2, 3, PGCE).
* Paediatric first aid certification.

Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure and provide two professional references. Candidates must possess the legal right to live and work in the UK.
