Position: Group Leader

Role Overview:
As a Group Leader at our Activity Day Camp, you will oversee a group of children during their holiday activities. This role is perfect for those who enjoy working with young people and facilitating engaging programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a group of children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Organize and initiate various activities, including sports, arts and crafts, and games.
- Foster a positive and energetic environment that encourages participation and enjoyment.

Candidate Profile:
- Must be 17 years of age or older.
- Availability during school holidays is essential.
- UK/EU citizenship with appropriate right to work documentation.
- High energy levels and enthusiasm for working with children.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Understanding of child safeguarding practices (training will be provided).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a camp or childcare setting.
- Relevant childcare qualifications (Level 2, 3, PGCE).
- Paediatric first aid certification.
