This division is committed to delivering high-quality shared ownership, private rental homes, and affordable housing solutions.

Your Role

As a Site Management Assistant, you will be integral to the successful execution of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Site Manager in overseeing all phases of construction projects, from initial planning to final completion.
  • Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Monitoring site progress, identifying potential risks or challenges, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Supporting the Site Manager in managing project budgets and timelines.
  • Conducting quality control inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Providing leadership and support to site personnel, fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in a similar capacity within the new build affordable housing sector.
  • Experience in delivering projects while liaising with client representatives and site inspectors.
  • A strong understanding of construction methodologies, processes, and regulations.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related discipline are preferred.
  • A valid CSCS card, SMSTS certification, and First Aid certification.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from £36,000 to £42,000, along with a car allowance and additional benefits.
