About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as the Head of New Business Development. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our New Business sales team to deliver revenue and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure, manage, and drive the performance of the New Business sales team to deliver revenue and growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue larger corporate opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to ensure targets are delivered.
  • Implement robust sales processes to ensure salespeople can build a value proposition with prospects and win business.
  • Communicate and present strategies and budget plans to senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving sales growth and performance.
  • Strong commercial acumen and sales skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to coach and inspire colleagues to perform at their best.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to identify prospective deals and new business opportunities.
