The Clinical Service Lead is a key clinical and management role responsible for the day-to-day clinical delivery of all aspects of the Staff Support Service. This position requires a high degree of professionalism, expertise, and leadership to shape the team and ensure sustainability and flexibility for the future.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality specialist clinical psychology services for people with complex mental health problems.
- Undertake specialized clinical work within the Service and with external agencies, including assessment, direct and indirect intervention, supervision, training, and consultancy.
- Utilize research and training skills and knowledge for audit, policy, and service development, research activity, and other programs within the Service.

- Post-graduate doctorate degree in clinical psychology, accredited by BPS
- Registered as a practitioner psychologist with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Supervisor training, to be a supervisor of doctoral program clinical psychology trainees or willing to undertake training
