Stirling Ellis is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team in Windsor, Berkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and paying supplier invoices, expenses, and assisting with month-end procedures. Key duties include:

* Matching supplier invoices to POs and entering them into the accounting system

* Monthly supplier statement reconciliations

* Ensuring all invoices are coded correctly

* Resolution of supplier invoice queries

* Weekly BACS payment runs

* Processing and payment of employee expenses

* Assisting with month-end procedures, including accruals and prepayments

* Completion of monthly bank reconciliations

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts payable, be well-organized with high attention to detail, and have good knowledge of month-end accounting. AAT part or full qualification is desirable.
