Key Responsibilities:

As a Production Operative, your daily tasks will include:

  • Maintaining cleanliness of work areas
  • Transporting waste to specified locations
  • Sorting waste according to guidelines
  • Operating machinery for baling plastic and cardboard
  • Disposing of general waste into skips
  • Organizing pallets
  • Coordinating with the Logistics team for skip orders

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong work ethic (initially, the role will involve hands-on tasks until processes are streamlined)
  • A positive attitude to thrive in a dynamic and demanding setting
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in a Production or General Operative role is essential

Training Provided:

  • On-site training will be offered.
