The Workshop, a leader in its industry, is seeking to expand its team to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery. This position is essential for managing customer interactions and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for all incoming customer support inquiries.
  • Assess customer requests, generating a ticket or case reference, and directing them to the appropriate department or colleague through various communication channels.
  • Oversee open tickets and cases, ensuring they are resolved efficiently, while escalating issues as necessary to maintain high service standards.
  • Provide timely updates to customers to ensure a positive experience throughout their journey.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong customer orientation with a commitment to excellence.

  • Experience in customer service, particularly in a contact center environment, is preferred but not mandatory.
