As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for providing outstanding sales and product support to customers, processing orders efficiently and accurately, and contributing to regular Sales Team Meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Process orders efficiently and accurately, both from phone calls and emails.
- Collaborate closely with our internal and external sales teams to maximise new business opportunities.
- Proactively reach out to existing customers with enticing promotions and special offers to drive sales.
- Contribute to regular Sales Team Meetings, sharing insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Update internal systems and maintain accurate sales records.
- Assist with general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the sales department.
Requirements:
