Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key part in supporting our team of consultants with finding, qualifying, and placing the right candidates for their vacancies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to daily inquiries: Respond to daily phone and email inquiries from schools and candidates.
- Sourcing CVs: Source CVs relevant to individual consultant sectors - primary, secondary, and SEN.
- Introduction sales calls: Make introduction sales calls to schools to introduce our services and establish relationships.
- Qualify and shortlist candidates: Qualify and shortlist candidates against relevant vacancies.
- Contribute to team meetings: Contribute to team meetings as appropriate.
- Database management: Manage and maintain our database, including learning and operating our CRM system.
