Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Trainee Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our consultants in finding, qualifying, and placing the right candidates for their vacancies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and qualify candidates for various education roles, including primary, secondary, and special educational needs (SEN) positions.
  • Initiate contact with schools and introduce our services to establish relationships.
  • Contribute to team meetings and provide input on candidate suitability.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our CRM system and database.
