Architectural Design Technologist

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Design Technologist to join our in-house design team at Willmott Dixon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality design solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and produce detailed design standard details and working drawing packages
- Collaborate with project teams to deploy and use standard details
- Ensure all outputs comply with UK Building Regulations, associated standards, and WD policy and procedures
- Robust environmental and technical knowledge
- Working knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Experience with Revit
- Understanding of current Building Regulations, Building Safety Act, and Warranty Guidance
