Architectural Technologist Role
We are seeking an Architectural Technician to join our in-house design team at Willmott Dixon on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis. As our Architectural Technician, you will be responsible for delivering detailed design standard details and working drawing packages. The role requires a strong understanding of environmental and technical knowledge, as well as a working knowledge of UK Building Regulations to ensure all outputs comply with legislation and company policies.
The Project
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and producing details to stage 4/5 level of detail across various building typologies and superstructure types.
Collaborating with project teams to deploy and use standard details.
Producing detailed technical drawings and specifications.
Staying up-to-date with current Building Regulations, Building Safety Act, and Warranty Guidance.
Working autonomously and as part of a team.
