About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Busy Bees Apsley Nursery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the staff in your room, ensuring that every individual child's needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the observation, assessments, and planning for your key children are in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
  • Take ownership of the room's operations, including managing the team and ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote high-quality childcare.
  • Contribute to the development of the nursery's curriculum and ensure that it is delivered in a way that meets the needs of all children.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Level 3 Childcare qualification and experience of working in a nursery setting. You will also need to be able to demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality childcare and a passion for working with children.
