Electrical Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at an R&D Facility in Bedford. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading FMCG brand and take on a challenging role that combines maintenance and project work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform reactive and breakdown maintenance on mixing machines, pasteurizers, freezers, motors, and pumps.
  • Support the supervisor on control projects, including repair, design, planning, building, wiring, programming, and commissioning electrical panels and control systems.
  • Contribute to the design and development of test rigs, prototype machines, and pilot plant equipment.
  • Produce technical drawings and write machinery manuals.
  • Work with PLCs, including Siemens TIA Portal and Rockwell.
