Credit Controller

We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our team at Zachary Daniels. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing sales ledger accounts and reporting potential problem debtors to management.
Main Job Responsibilities- Proactively manage collections in line with customer payment terms, forecasts, and escalation processes.
- Utilize reporting tools to provide up-to-date commentary on outstanding debtors for the target audience.
- Demonstrate a prompt and proactive response to customer queries and debit notes to ensure they are addressed and resolved.
- Meet cash collection targets for debtor payments in the forecasted period.
- Excellent administrative and negotiation skills.
- Ability to present and communicate information effectively.
- High level of attention to detail.
- High-level organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage competing demands effectively.
- Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Visual 2000 accounting system is beneficial.
- Experience in a FMCG company is beneficial.
