Job Title: Locum Consultant in Gynaecological Oncology

The Christie NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Locum Consultant in Gynaecological Oncology to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing senior input to all Lymphoma, Gynaecological histopathology work to meet the needs of the service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Share the workload for Skin with the other consultant histopathologists and give input into the relevant multidisciplinary team meetings (MDTs).
  • Provide senior input to all Lymphoma, Gynaecological histopathology work to meet the needs of the service.
  • Undertake specimen dissection.
Requirements:
  • FRCPath (part 1 and 2)
  • Entry on the General Medical Council (GMC) specialist register
Desirable:
  • An appropriate higher degree

The appointee will have office accommodation and access to a secretarial service at The Christie. The successful candidate will be based at The Christie and will work closely with colleagues to provide a high-quality service to patients.
