We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Streamline Search. Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance with Company Health and Safety Policies
- Ownership of Client Enquiries as directed by Line Manager
- Ownership of Tendering Processes
- Developing Risk Assessments and Method Statements
- Developing Safe Systems of Work
- Framework Management
- Preparing, Planning and Delivering Projects
- Planning, Preparing & Leading Site Resource
- Ensuring Compliance with Client Specification
- Procurement of Plant, Material & Resource for Project Deliverables
- Client Engagement and Relationship Building
- Site Supervision where necessary
- Leadership and Commitment to meeting Company Targets & KPI's
- Loyalty and Endeavour to deliver Quality and Service at all times
Requirements:
- Experience in the Water Industry and Construction Site Environments
- Recognised practical qualifications (HND/Degree/Apprenticeship) and certificates (IOSH, CSCS Card, DOMS/National Water Hygiene etc)
- Experience working with materials such as mild steel, stainless steel and ductile iron pipework
- A thorough understanding of all relevant H&S regulations and risk assessments
- Be available for travel throughout Scotland and occasionally other parts of the UK
- Possession of relevant and suitable hand tools
- Experience in mechanical plant repair, maintenance & refurbishment, site surveys, problem solving & troubleshooting
- Be familiar with pumps and drive motor removal & installations
