* Clean and maintain all areas of our premises, including the Wine Room and Café Bar
* Empty bins and remove waste from the premises
* Clean staff toilets and kitchen areas
* Vacuum carpeted areas and sweep and mop hard floors
* Notify management of any deficiencies or repairs
* Implement high standards of attention to detail
* Carry out deep cleaning and detail cleaning tasks
* Maintain stock and supplies

Requirements
