About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy and growing service within Lincolnshire County Council. As a Registration Services Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the registration process and ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key registration activities, including:
    • Booking birth registration appointments
    • Effective administration of the death management process
  • Process requests for copy certificates and corrections to registrations
  • Support and maintain civil registration records for the registration district
  • Perform and support various duties required of a Deputy Superintendent Registrar
  • Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring work is completed within agreed standards and timescales
  • Work with Registrars to support customers on their registration journey
About You

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who possess a 'can-do' attitude and are passionate about ensuring a high level of service for the residents of Lincolnshire.

  • You will need to have the following skills:
  • A high standard of IT literacy
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to devise solutions to issues arising from within the daily workload
