You will assist them in addressing inquiries related to our range of Connected Care solutions through various channels including online live chat, phone calls, and support tickets. We value a genuine passion for assisting those in the care sector and an enthusiasm for technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries through live chat interactions
  • Respond to incoming support calls with professionalism
  • Address online support tickets promptly
  • Complete all assigned tasks in accordance with established performance metrics

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication abilities, both spoken and written
  • A strong desire to assist others, demonstrating empathy towards clients who may not be tech-savvy
  • Proficient in computer usage with a knack for troubleshooting
  • Outstanding problem-solving capabilities and the ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Skilled in multitasking and effectively prioritizing responsibilities
  • A keen interest in technology and its potential to enhance user experiences
  • Experience or knowledge in the Care sector is advantageous but not mandatory
