Hours: 39 hrs per week The Client Support Specialist (CSS) will collaborate with existing Housing and Support Officers within Transform to provide guidance and assistance to staff and direct interventions aimed at enhancing outcomes for clients dealing with alcohol-related challenges across all our services in Surrey.

This position presents an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to leverage their skills and experience in supporting this demographic.

The ideal candidates will possess experience in managing a caseload of clients with intricate needs. Understanding the challenges faced by individuals involved with substance use issues is essential. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively convey messages tailored to diverse audiences. The ability to deliver a variety of services/treatments/interventions in a person-centered, non-judgmental manner is crucial. Collaborative efforts within Transform and with partner organizations will be vital in this role.

This position will work alongside the individual's key worker (and teams) to facilitate timely and effective strengths-based assessments and collaboratively developed recovery support plans focused on establishing goals with the individual and key partners to ensure that the individual's needs are adequately addressed.

The role includes supporting key workers through the review and monitoring of the implementation of support plans. The position is agile, requiring work across Transform's services. Regular travel between properties is necessary, as well as daily face-to-face meetings with clients. The role may involve some remote work and office-based tasks to accommodate client needs. This position is contracted for up to 39 hours a week, with flexibility in hours. However, personal adaptability is essential to meet client requirements. The CSS will need to collaborate closely to ensure comprehensive coverage of all areas.

The CSS must participate in the existing rota that provides support for clients across Transform.

A full, valid driving license and personal vehicle, insured for business use, is also a requirement.
