Our client, a well-established and award-winning veterinary practice, is seeking a Clinical Director to join their team in Manchester. As a Clinical Director, you will play a key role in leading the practice and driving its success.
About the RoleThis is a rare opportunity to join a bustling practice close to Manchester City Centre, offering a healthy work-life balance. You will be responsible for leading the clinical team, providing exceptional patient care, and contributing to the practice's growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the clinical team and provide guidance on patient care and treatment
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and practice efficiency
- Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and development
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
We offer a competitive salary of up to £65,000 DOE, a generous CPD allowance, and a range of benefits including RCVS + VDS cover, enhanced family policies, and a staff discount scheme. RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
