Key Responsibilities- Clinical Practice
- Provide expert clinical care to patients in their homes and in our community settings.
- Assess patients' needs and develop personalized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Community Outreach
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare providers, community groups, and other stakeholders to promote health and wellbeing in our community.
- Identify and address health inequalities, and develop targeted interventions to improve health outcomes.
- Education and Training
- Contribute to the education and training of students and healthcare professionals to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in community paramedicine.
- Essential
- Registered Paramedic with a valid practicing certificate.
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of community paramedicine.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Desirable
- Experience working in community paramedicine or a similar role.
- Basic IT skills and proficiency in electronic patient records.
