About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Renal Dialysis Nurse to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care. As a key member of our dialysis unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
  • Provide technical nursing care and support to patients undergoing dialysis
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of unit policies and procedures
