About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Renal Dialysis Nurse to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care. As a key member of our dialysis unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our renal care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop care plans for patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury
  • Deliver holistic care to patients, including technical nursing aspects and emotional support
  • Work autonomously, responsible for the assessment and development of care for dialysis patients
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge
