About the Role
The successful Behaviour Mentor will be responsible for delivering 1:1, paired and small group support to students with challenging behaviour, promoting a positive and safe learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a physically safe environment, adhering to risk assessments as necessary
- Act as a positive role model for students across the school
- Support students in developing better communication skills and self-expression
- De-escalate outbursts of disruption with students aged 11 to 16
