The company is a well-established and reputable supplier of refurbished IT hardware, with a strong presence in Europe and a small, close-knit team in Bristol. The successful candidate will have regular trips to the company's head office in France to support with stocktakes and for training purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Enter and maintain data using Excel, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Liaise with suppliers to chase delivery times and ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage the office inbox, prioritizing and responding to emails and messages.
  • Handle customer queries and disputes, providing excellent customer service.
  • Communicate regularly with the head office in France and French clients, utilizing strong language skills.
  • Oversee team expenses and order office supplies, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of administration experience and fluency in French. They will be highly organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and possess confidence when communicating with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and language skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

Working Arrangements:

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00, with a 1-hour lunch break. One day of remote work is allowed after the probation period.
