Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Staff Nurse to join our team in a beautiful home in Northwich. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading a team of healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of our care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, care assistants, and other support staff.
  • Contribute to the development of our care services, including creating care plans, implementing new procedures, and evaluating patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Experience working as a Staff Nurse in a care home or similar setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our care services.
