As a member of our team, you will work with a small case load of guests in an active detox phase of their recovery, providing outstanding care and clinical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care provision for guests in a clinical detox setting
- Work collaboratively with a small team of nurses to deliver high-quality care and clinical tasks
- Ensure detailed documentation in clinical records, adhering to regulatory requirements
- Support guests in clinical detox, promoting a safe and supportive environment
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills
- Current NMC registration and a valid PIN
- Excellent assessment skills, with knowledge of assessment tools for person-centered care planning
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
