In this role, you will work closely with our Service Manager and Community Links and Assessment Co-ordinator to provide a supportive service for individuals over 18 who require housing-related support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advice and guidance on housing and support options, including access to and engagement with these services.
- Signpost individuals to other services that may aid in meeting their support needs.
- Work with individuals to develop independent living skills, improve mental health, and reduce homelessness.
