Educator of Literature

About the Role:
Are you dedicated to nurturing young intellects and instilling a passion for literary studies? Dunbar Education is actively seeking a committed Literature Educator to become part of a dynamic Secondary School team.

This role is designed for a minimum duration with the possibility of extending throughout the academic year, contingent upon performance and available positions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement stimulating and rigorous literature lessons for students.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance and refine the literature curriculum.
- Provide mentorship and support to students in their academic and personal development.
- Engage with the broader school community through extracurricular initiatives and events as required.

About You:
- Must possess UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be in the process of obtaining it (or hold a recognized teaching qualification).
- Capable of instructing literature at Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Strong expertise in the subject matter and a genuine enthusiasm for literary studies.
- Previous experience in a UK educational setting is essential.
