Skills & Experience:

  • Experience: At least 3 years in system support or administration.

  • Hardware & Networking: Familiarity with hardware (HP/Dell/Lenovo), networking (Cisco, Meraki, Ubiquiti), and basic scripting (Powershell/Bash).
  • Security & MDM: Understanding of security solutions (Sophos, CrowdStrike, Bitdefender) and MDM platforms (Intune, JAMF, JumpCloud).
  • System Monitoring: Proficient in monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Datadog, or New Relic.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of assisting users at all levels.
