We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Richmond Villages in Cheltenham. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, promoting their independence, choice, and dignity.
About the Role:- Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Coach and guide the care team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
- Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for each resident.
- Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
- A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development.
- A positive attitude, energy, and enthusiasm to encourage a supportive working environment.
- Naturally caring with a hands-on approach, you have a flair for helping people maintain their independence, choice, and dignity.
