**About the Role**
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled leader to drive the development and management of the VisNet Product Roadmap, covering hardware, data systems/UIs and data analytics/Apps, and in line with our ambitious growth plan.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage product roadmaps for the VisNet hardware and software systems, prioritizing features and enhancements based on return on investment, customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
- Conduct market and user research to identify customer needs, preferences, and pain points, and incorporate feedback into product development decisions.
- Create clear product specifications, documentation, and project plans, and communicate progress and status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze product data, metrics, and user feedback to continually improve product quality, performance, and user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry and technology trends, and proactively identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.
**Requirements**
- Strong technical background, with expertise in software development methodologies, hardware design principles, and technical architecture considerations.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data and metrics to inform product decisions and prioritize tasks.
- Understanding of product design, user experience (UX), and data analytics principles.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum would be advantageous.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits, industry events, or team meetings.
- Knowledge of and compliance with applicable laws, technical standards and regulations related to product management and data privacy in our target markets.
