Position Summary

As a Digital Asset Manager, you will play a vital role within Deluxe's core digital cinema department. Your responsibilities will encompass the meticulous management of digital files and metadata, ensuring their quality, delivery, storage, and long-term archiving.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Maintain comprehensive project metadata archives, guaranteeing critical data backups are executed diligently.
  • Construct and oversee directory structures for diverse projects; efficiently move, copy, and delete project files as needed.
  • Monitor central storage disk utilization using specialized software tools. Proactively manage production data storage capacity planning.
  • Establish accounts for a range of high-profile clients.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity within workflows and processes.

The ideal candidate possesses experience in digital cinema or post-production environments, along with:

  • Proven proficiency with computer systems and a technically adept mindset.
