Your responsibilities will include analyzing data reports and root causes to provide leadership with the information they need to make informed safety-related decisions. You'll also provide guidance and arrangements for health and safety projects and policies, and drive programs designed to improve the safety culture in Amazon. This is a varied role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage health and safety standards while improving functionality and efficiency. You'll work closely with your team to implement changes in response to employee feedback and seize opportunities to continuously make process improvements. To be successful in this role, you'll need a degree-level education and additional qualifications to an NVQ5/NEBOSH Diploma level. You'll also need relevant experience complying with local Health and Safety legislation and advanced proficiency in verbal and written English. Qualifications or experience in the field of sustainability are also desirable.
