About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Neighbourhood Manager. As a key member of our community team, you will play a vital role in supporting the practical needs and wellbeing of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular estate, scheme, and property inspections to identify issues and capture feedback to continuously improve our services and customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to develop and implement effective solutions to issues affecting residents.
  • Support vulnerable residents and families, providing guidance and assistance to help them manage their homes and neighbourhoods.
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with residents, community groups, and local stakeholders to ensure we take full account of residents' needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-2 days per week working in our Ealing office, with the remainder of the time spent out in the community.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within housing management and ideally within the social housing sector.
  • Ability to self-manage a diverse and varied caseload, prioritizing work effectively and maintaining a positive, flexible, and compassionate approach.
  • Commitment to first-class customer service and a willingness to undertake a level 3 qualification in Housing Management if not already held.
